Easiest fix ever...
I never thought I'd be able to get a replacement element for a 35 year old oven. But lo and behold, here it was! They actually sent me a very slightly different element than the one pictured, but it fits fine and functions perfectly. I didn't even have to pull the oven away from the wall to install it! It literally took 5 minutes to replace, all through the oven door opening. Can't beat that!I never thought I'd be able to get a replacement element for a 35 year old oven.
