Incorrect UPS Tracking # given 10 days after purchase. Item was delivered to front desk of commercial address . I do not have a front desk in my home. I had accepted an offer to buy this and now seller is issuing a refund without explanation or request from me. listing says item was located in United States warehouse in Vietnam/ Very odd.
