I live in a house with no washer hook up. This is an answer to my prayers. I have a large family and an average of 2 loads per day (14-16 a week) I can wash almost anything in this washer. Including my king size bed sheets. Comforters of course won't fit. I absolutely encourage you to buy this product. I wish I had sooner.

Very basic one. The photos are probably from 13lb washing machines. The actual mashine is smaller than whatit apears in the pictures. The functions are very basic. Very short power cable amd very loose water supply pipe.

For one person this product is amazing. I live in a garden apartment and communal washers skeeve me to no end. Half the time they wouldn't work and then I'd be stuck lugging laundry around town trying to find a laundromat that wasn't crowded. This thing actually gets my clothes cleaner than any washer I've ever used. Even when I had a house and had a fancy LG front loader. Why? because it's manual. You can rinse your clothes as many times as you want. The spinner works amazingly well to get the clothes 90% dry. They're not drip dry, the clothes are a dry-damp. Meaning, if you have a few blouses, light t-shirts or pj's, your smalls - undergarments etc., they will dry in no time. Depending on the humidity level outside. I do laundry after work. By the next morning, my stuff is dry (save for some thicker items like sweat pants or drawstring pants with pockets and an elastic waist). I have a 3 gallon bucket and I use two of these to manually fill the tub with water (total 6 gallons of water). I also keep the machine in my bathtub and store it in my hallway closet when not in use. It's very light. Use ONLY a teaspoon/very small amount of detergent. Otherwise, you will be rinsing and spinning until there are no suds left. I've also used bleach in this machine and very warm water. There is no lint trap on this machine so you need to improvise and use a nylon knee sock, or cut off the "foot" of an old pair of stockings - then cover the drain hose with it, tie it off with a rubber band. Otherwise, you will have lint going down your sink drain and you don't want that. I get an extreme amount of lint when washing bath towels. I ordered that floaty flower thing from amazon to catch lint, so I'll update the review when I get them. I have to say the spin action on this machine is massive. It whirls the clothes very forcefully and that is great. I knocked off one star because I just wish they could come up with a way to keep the clothes from knotting into a wad at the end of your wash. Your clothes get all knotted up because there is nothing in the middle of the wash tub to keep them going round and round in a circle. They just end up getting all twisted. But, that isn't a huge deal breaker for me. Maybe someday down the road, I will treat myself to a portable washer with a drain pump.. and one tub action. But for now, this little machine packs a powerful punch. It really does the job, gets my clothes clean, works very efficiently and is very quiet. It's very easy to store and lift and transport around. I will never have to waste money on a communal washer again or deal with whacko people and stinky bacteria infested washers at a laundromat ever again. Best part is, I save money and can relax doing laundry in the comfort of my own, private space.Read full review

This washer definitely gets the clothes clean. And is super convenient for apartments and so on. I set it up on a rack next to my tub so it can drain there. It does make some clunky noises under heavy loads (towels) and it does NOT remove very much lint from your clothes. Cat hair yes, lint- hell no. I had no idea that clothes that had been washed many times would still create lint. New towels are pretty hard to break in, but not impossible. The spin dryer works really well. I spin things for about 3 minutes and I can already see dry spots forming on them. It takes very little time for things to hang dry, and if you use some fabric softener that helps a lot. It also makes your house smell excellent if you hang stuff inside.

Anyone wanting to know how this machine works, let me tell you. I love it. I live alone, so only have my own laundry. To test the performance I re-washed all my clean cloths. You can fit up to 6 shirts (2XL) I could not beleive how much more better this machine cleaned my cloths. The water was BLACK....yes this was my clean cloths, washed from my old washer. Filling washer is best with a shower hose, the hose with it is small. After washing drain water, then spin cloths. Then reload for rinse, this will get your cloths the cleanest. As far as the spin my heavy sweatshirts I spon for the 5 mins. hung on line & it was dry within an hr. PERFECT for Single person or couple. Would purchase again!!!
