    Easy to use microwave

    This has 2 dials one temperature and one time... so simple to use. Cooks my sweet potatoes in 8 mins rather than an hour in the oven 😊. It is not too big so fits nicely on counter top. Perfect for a small London kitchen. Service from AO was really good they offered to take away my old one. Drivers were very polite.

    CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE REFURBED ONE I RECEIVED AND A NEW ONE!

    I can't tell the difference between this as a refurbished item or new! It was well packaged in the box (which was the product box and not a random one). All looked brand new to me so am delighted that I've saved £30!

    Basic, nice looking, does the job

    Not much to say. It is very basic, but it does the job and looks pretty (as much as a microwave can look pretty!) It doesn't always 'ding', usually when you've only moved the dial for less than a minute, but that's not a big deal. If you want accuracy, this won't be for you. We only use for heating a few things up and the odd bit of defrosting and it fits the bill.
