This micorwave is just average for the way it cooks and it's features. Other reviews suggest that it doesn't warm things well because it doesn't have a rotating tray; this is NOT true. My warning is as follows: 1. you can purchase extended warranty from Sharp for about $100 (full parts and labor); strongly urge you to do this if you're worried about the cost. Just call Sharp and see if it qualifies as a new purchase. 2. if the tray doesn't hit a small button on the frame of the microwave, it'll light up, make all the noises but won't cook. You can confirm this by pushing the tray/door in and seeing if the noise changes and if the food comes out warm. If that's the case, just shim the unit better into the cabinet and walla...solved. 3. I researched other companies that make a similar product and much to my suprise, they all use Sharp technology. So, the question becomes, why spend the money for a different name when it's litterally the same thing? Enjoy your popcorn. Review 1 year post: excellent unit! Only suggestion is that the top left coner has a latch. If not installed correctly, the latch won't activate the heating function. You'll still hear the noise of the microwave working but no heat (must be a safety feature). Test by pushing it inward on the top right side and vwala!Read full review

Love that it can be installed in to a cabinet, has no handle and is maximizing the counter space. Push buttons are a little difficult and don’t always respond on first push. Otherwise, I would’ve had given it a five star rating.
