This is a practical dishwasher for ease of setup and operation. It is not necessarily the most solid item on the market. However, for the price it is a steal. The one draw back is the instruction manual. It is unfortunate that An English proof reader was not employed prior to printing. Small matter, no rocket science involved....Once you comprehend how it is built and how it works, it is an excellent unit. The silverware bin has a slotted top that does not allow all items to fit. it boasts a stainless interior, but there are plastic parts including the upper spray arm. Handled with care, I believe it should have a moderately long life. I did contact customer service because the faucet adapter included did not fit my faucet. Even though there is no such thing as standard when it comes to the adapter, SPT makes that claim. CSR's have a most difficult job dealing with calm people let alone the irate. Their training often times is limited to reading from a prepared manual And They try. Unfortunately critical thinking is not always a prerequisite. All I wanted was an option for the adapter. I guess it wasn't in their manual. I give them a five star for trying. Now, if you find that the 15/16' adapter doesn't fit, visit your local hardware for an additional adapter. Mine was a 3/4 inch. So I bought a 3/4",27, 15/16 (55/64) female adapter for 4 dollars to add to the one included and it works fine. ASK THE GUY AT THE HARDWARE. tHEY WILL HELP YOU. I would recommend this unit to anyone not wanting a lot of hassle hooking up a built in dishwasher. Simple set up ease of operation, great buy.Read full review

This dishwasher has NO PROBLEMS. Every wash cycle, even baked on food comes clean. All the people who visit me say their built in dishwashers DO NOT clean as well as mine. Easy to run, quiet. Better quality than I expected. It is awesome. Great deal. Smaller profile make it easy to find space for. Rolls easily. Very happy with this dishwasher.
