    Great Piece!!!!!!!

The part came fast and i had my washer up and going in no time and i must say so far so good and the only thing i would advise is take your time to make sure that the coupling is all the way flush or it want work right and it will give off a burning smell to let you know it's not on properly...all you need is a hammer and a socket to knock it all the way on and i mean all the way flush i can't express that enough so with that been said i want to thank you guys for saving me a lot.....

  • This one won't Strip your transmission shaft like the metal insert style might, but it is weaker:

The motor coupler is just like the OEM ones and might be fine for medium size machines. It doesn't have the metal inserts which I ended up having to use instead for my mid 90's Super Capacity Washer because this stopped the nylon from cracking/breaking. BUT the metal insert hole doesn't fit on as snug and SO it eventually stripped/rounded my transmission's input shaft because of its loose fit. Causing me to have to force a sheet metal screw in between which kept slipping. Eventually I had to weld the inside shaft to the metal insert.. SO if you end up using the ones with the metal insert, if it goes on loose on either your motor or transmission shafts, then, I STRONGLY recommend you simply: Coat the shaft with some super glue then sprinkle with baking soda. THEN when you install the ...

  • DIY Totally Worth It.

Exactly what I needed to fix the issue. The replacement part was cheap and arrived a day early. It took longer for my roommate to find a working washer on Craigslist, which he immediately returned because the bad smell inside wouldn't go away after running multiple cycles.

  • Worked for me. 2 weeks. So far so good

Shipping was fast. Easy fit on my older Whirlpool washer after watching some YouTube videos. It's been on there a couple weeks. Hope it lasts a while.

  • Fix the spin problem

This coupler from the motor to the transmission on the washer is a simple fix. The parts came in quickly and it was easy to install and get the washer fixed. Much better than buying a new washing machine. The couplers push on to the motor and transmission shafts with a tight fit. The washer has been running for a couple weeks now and I don't expect this problem again for some time.
