Certified refurbished is not an item that is pieced together. I received two bottom trunk pieces that were so beat up that they couldn't be used at all. So, this trash went into the garbage. Sellers solution, " please understand that your purchase is an open box product, and the defects are within the scope of description. Of course, to remedy this defect, we are willing to give you a refund of $30. They define open box as "slight cosmetic imperfections." I bought another one from elsewhere.

This seller is not to be trusted The seller lied to me and manipulated me both . The item that he was selling was posted for offers I made two different offers up to $5 less than his original amount for full price and he never responded to either offer he doesn't respond to emails and the merchandise that I received from him was damaged. He didn't want me to send it back and told me he would compensate me but lied to ME ! Ebay told me to report him and they may ban him from selling on eBay !!!
