Ordered two items, one showed up broken. Reached out for a replacement, no response. Initiated a return which finally got a response from seller. Seller advised me to cancel the return and they would send a replacent. I cancelled the return and the seller has ghosted me. It has been three weeks and zero communication. Ebay is attempting to resolve the issue and if they aren't I'm going to have the credit card company reverse the charge.

Hard to find
When the gallon bin on my oldish LG fridge broke, I tried to get it from the usual sources. Finding one, I was disappointed after learning that it was no longer available. I found it on eBay; it fits perfectly; it was less in price than the other one I ordered.
