I apologize for your frustration but your comments are inaccurate. First, I responded 5 days after date of sale which happened to be over Thanksgiving weekend. Two of those days were not business days. Secondly, I never said the item was broken. I apologized and said, I was unable to fulfill this order because the replacement table was delayed for 4 months. This was news shared with you as quickly as possible. And you were refunded immediately. Your communication is sorely inaccurate.
