Overall, my experience from this selling was very positive. Initially there was a mistake on the item that was sent. The model number was different from what was advertised. Description mentions item is new, with damaged box. The item arrived okay, but was in a soft package that didn’t do much to protect the item/damaged box. I would recommend packaging more securely to prevent the question of whether more damage had occurred in shipping. In the end even though there were questions, everything came out alright.
